Sept 2 - 4-7:30pm
Sept 3 – 4 - 7:30pm
Sept 4 – 4 – 7:30pm
Sept 8 – 4 – 7:30pm
Sept 10 – 4 – 7:30pm
Sept 13 – 8 – 4:15pm
Sept 15 – 4 – 7:30pm
Sept 17 – 4 – 7:30pm
Our client, in the nonprofit sector, is seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to provide urgent coverage on specified dates in August.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient front desk operations, offering exceptional customer service and administrative support as needed. This temporary role requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.
Maintain a tidy reception area and manage office supplies.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid VSS (Vulnerable Sector Screening), immunizations, or enhanced criminal background check is an asset.
