We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead the end-to-end release lifecycle for a major enterprise Agile initiative. This is a high-impact role where you will coordinate across multiple teams and technical platforms, ensuring successful and compliant releases in a complex environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead release planning, readiness, execution, and post-release reviews across multiple Agile teams.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive release calendar and roadmap.
Establish and evolve governance processes, release gates, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across releases.
Provide guidance on best practices in Agile/DevOps release management.
Support continuous improvement of release management processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Release Management, with 3+ years in Agile/DevOps environments.
ITIL certification (V4 preferred).
SAFe or other Agile certification.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools, and release automation.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
