Our established client, a boutique wealth management firm in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that is fully on-site near Union Station. This role offers the chance to join a great team with a friendly company culture!

Roles and Responsibilities

-Backup reception duties
-Greet and direct clients
-Answer client inquiries
-Update and maintain the internal database
-Provide admin and client service support to several internal teams 
-Support with opening new accounts
-Project support
-Assist with booking and coordinating team events
-Other related administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have 2 years of client/customer service experience
-Administrative experience is a strong asset
-Experience working in Financial Services/Wealth Management/Investment is strongly preferred
-Must have experience working in a corporate environment
-Must have excellent client service skills
-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Must be organized and detail-oriented
-Must be proficient in MS Office, experience using CRMs is preferred
-Must have strong problem solving skills
