Agilus is recruiting for multiple Offshore Quality Coordinators in the Oil and Gas Industry in St. John's, Newfoundland. We are seeking experienced Offshore Quality Coordinators to support a major offshore project located in Newfoundland. This role is critical to ensuring quality compliance and oversight during the execution of offshore scopes. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team, working on a rotational schedule of 21 days offshore followed by 21 days at home, with 12-hour shifts daily. A typical day: Oversee and verify inspection and testing activities offshore. Conduct quality surveillance to ensure compliance with project specifications. Endorse offshore ITPs and Workpacks. Provide guidance on quality-related issues to offshore personnel. Coordinate Certifying Authority engagement for offshore scope. Liaise with client quality personnel to resolve issues and progress work. Support resolution and close-out of non-conformances. Promote continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned Successful candidates will have: CWB Level 2 Welding Inspector certification (or equivalent). NDT certification and/or experience coordinating NDT activities. NACE certification is an asset. Minimum 10 years’ experience in QA/QC roles. Familiarity with Quality programs and regulatory requirements. Offshore/shutdown project experience preferred. Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and CAPP medical. Completion of Offshore Newfoundland Regulatory Training (BST, First Aid, Fall Protection, WHMIS, etc.) You'll receive: Competitive compensation package.
