Agilus is recruiting for a SAP Functional Analyst in the Technology in Scarbourough, Ontario. SAP Functional Analyst – P2P. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager, SAP Services and Support – Information Services. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to liaise between Business Units and Information Services, helping the business in projects, enhancements, requirements, process improvements and problem resolutions, while maintaining a high-level of delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities: Identify business applications and how they are used by our business users including: processes, enhancement opportunities, interfaces to/from other systems, overall architecture and deployment framework Subject matter expert for P2P including business processes refinement, incident and problem management, enhancement definition and implementation within SAP S4/HANA Write business requirement documents and documents functional specifications. Adjust documentation style / template based on delivery approach e.g. Waterfall (Requirements Documents), Agile (User Stories) Ensure solutions are developed, integrated and properly maintained within TCI’s S4/HANA landscape, and in accordance with company standards and established architecture guidelines Provide consulting services for the maintenance, enhancement and troubleshooting of SAP and related applications You are: Work with business units’ users to identify improvement opportunities, plan medium and long-term enhancements and assist users in defining priorities Foster a positive, open learning environment where ideas and suggestions become a source of continuous process improvement Work with third party vendors to develop solutions and/or integrate their applications into TCI’s SAP application landscape Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve collaboration and overall alignment An ideal candidate has: Work experience in SAP Procure to Pay processes – purchase planning, vendor management and buying, receiving, invoicing, and reconciliations 4-7 years of experience in a FA/BA/BSA or similar roles in an SAP environment Sound knowledge in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting SAP business workflow Experience with integration with FI Familiar with different EDI interfaces standards Total rewards: Competitive compensation package including bonus Extended health care and dental benefits effective immediately Company pension plan with additional employer contributions Paid holiday shutdown and competitive paid time off benefits
