Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct business analysis, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and specifications.
Analyze information from multiple sources, resolving conflicts and transforming high-level information into actionable insights.
Design and implement test plans and test cases, evaluating outcomes to ensure effective implementation of business solutions.
Partner with departments such as Operations, Technology, Compensation, Finance, and third-party vendors to enhance processes and drive continuous improvements.
Offer insights and strategic recommendations to management for reengineering business processes to achieve greater efficiency.
Facilitate clear and effective communication of business requirements to team members, including systems and management teams.
Produce comprehensive business reports that support informed decision-making and aid in project prioritization.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent: in related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or similar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Proven Experience Working with Data Analysis Tools and Software: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization), and familiarity with SQL for querying databases. Experience with data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau is preferred, with the ability to create and interpret complex reports and dashboards.
Strong research and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, allocate resources effectively, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and effectively conveying complex information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred certifications include Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean is an asset.
Familiarity with financial services industry operations and regulatory requirements.
Strong numeracy skills, with proficiency in data manipulation and reconciliation.
Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
Ability to provide effective project support, including creating Gantt charts and tracking action items.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.

Salary range is expected to be between
