A typical day: Inputting and managing client files using Ascend software Communicating with clients and collecting necessary documentation Conducting signups and overseeing initial appointments Reviewing files to ensure accuracy and completeness Providing empathetic and professional support throughout the process You are: Experience: 1–2 years in insolvency as a Case Manager Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge of Ascend software Detail-Oriented: you’re organized, thorough, and reliable People Skills: you communicate clearly and compassionately Integrity: clear background check and two solid references Total rewards: Growth Potential: Start at our North York HQ with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid model.
