Our client working in the Non-Profit space is hiring for a Bilingual Education Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This position is working in a 4 day work week, working 30 hours per week from Monday-Thursday. This position is working in a hybrid model with working onsite every Wednesday.

The Bilingual Education Coordinator supports the delivery of educational programs and examinations. You’ll manage administrative tasks, provide excellent bilingual customer service, and coordinate program logistics for corporate and not-for-profit leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for program-related inquiries.

  • Coordinate the examination process and Not-for-Profit Governance Essentials Program.

  • Respond to inquiries via designated email inboxes using provided templates.

  • Arrange printing and delivery of certificates.

  • Liaise with marketing and update website content.

  • Support course and exam logistics before, during, and after delivery.

  • Perform other related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience in executive education, events, or program coordination.

  • Comfortable working with senior professionals.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; iMIS or Brightspace LMS an asset).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Discretion with confidential information.
