We are seeking a skilled D365 Application Specialist to join a new product team supporting a major financial systems transformation. This role will focus on enhancing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, including migrating CRM solutions from on-premise to a cloud-based Azure environment and implementing ongoing system improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Enhance and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications

  • Lead and participate in CRM migration projects from on-premise to cloud

  • Configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions

  • Develop and maintain Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues

  • Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment activities

  • Provide technical leadership and mentor other team members

Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM and web development

  • Strong experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)

  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL Server

  • Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud migration projects

  • Background in CI/CD pipeline management

  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams

  • Eligible for enhanced reliability clearance

  • Ability to work on-site two days per week in Ottawa
