We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications division. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will bring in-house expertise to a collaborative environment, working primarily with a team of freelance designers, illustrators, and other external creative partners. You’ll play a key role in finalizing externally produced designs across all platforms, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and align with our brand identity.
In this role, you'll finalize externally produced designs for deployment across our platforms, ensuring they meet our standards and align with our brand identity. You'll also produce polished multi-page documents and presentations, and transform static visuals into simple motion graphics.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your unique skill sets for self-initiated projects, allowing you to explore creative ideas and contribute to the evolution of our visual communications.
The ideal candidate is a flexible, hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable collaborating with others and willing to support various projects as needed, whether through creative design, document layout, or daily production support.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in graphic design, commercial art or graphic communications, or a related field, AND some years of experience in multimedia, and web development or a related field
Experience
In using Design software technologies
In desktop publishing/pre-press or advertising agency environment
In 2D and 3D media development and editing, including static graphics, videos, movies, animations and audio
In multimedia development and its technologies, including web design
Competencies

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
