Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager for our Power Platform to lead the development and execution of our enterprise Power Platform strategy. This role will be responsible for building and managing the team's roadmap, implementing the Power Platform's governance framework and operational model, and leading the team to drive innovation and adoption across the organization. It will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. It will manage interactions and collaboration with product teams as well as internal IM/IT teams to improve overall service delivery, supporting incident management, and reporting on overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Power Platform vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) and drive platform adoption.
- Design and implement a governance framework (environment strategy, DLP policies, security guardrails) and a scalable operational model for platform support and lifecycle management.
- Lead a cross-functional team of platform admins, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Foster a citizen developer community through training, engagement, and enablement programs.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, and IT operations to ensure platform integrity.
-Monitor platform usage, performance, and compliance using CoE Toolkit.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, AND several years of experience in managing a team of IT professionals within a business applications development/support environment
Experience
5+ years in a leadership role managing digital transformation teams, application development teams or Power Platform (Power Apps) teams.
Proven experience in roadmap creation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Deep expertise in implementing and actively managing the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, CI/CD pipelines, and governance tooling.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Demonstrated ability to define, implement and enforce Power Platform governance (RACI models, DLP policies, environment strategies).
Experienced in providing advice and support in the field of IT standards, strategies and practices
Knowledge of developing and managing IT contracts and consulting services
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-600, MS-900) an asset

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
The selection process will be done virtually.
