The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plans, coordinates, communicates and delivers marketing campaigns and provide administrative services, such as but not limited to, assisting in budget preparation, preparing divisional communications, implementing manual/automated forms and procedures. They assist with tracking project progress, from initiation to completion, including communicating and coordinating with external departments and contractors. They act as liaison between departments and project participants to ensure continuity, accuracy and on time deliverables. They liaise with stakeholders, clients and vendors to respond to customer inquiries ensuring all elements of campaigns are communicated and delivered. They also coordinate production activities to include, but not limited to digital asset organization, production log, timeline and workflow follow ups necessary to maintain department schedules.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in graphic design, commercial art or graphic communications, or in a related field, AND some years of experience in multimedia, or in a related field.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
