Transit Information & Marketing is responsible for the delivery of transit customer information services and new customer information programs for wayfinding and consistency of the OC Transpo brand and messaging to improve the customer experience and transit services in the City of Ottawa.
Working in a high volume environment with strict production and operational deadlines, you are responsible for accurate content development and validation in a timely manner, information architecture, strategic layout and functionality of the public and internal website, in both official languages, while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and responsiveness. You are also responsible for maintaining the content and functionality of other Information Systems including the OC Transpo app, social media and Open Data according to City Policy.
Completion of 3 year post-secondary program in a web content development, multi-media design or digital communication.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working primarily with web content development, application development, content management and multi-media design including experience with programming, data querying and SQL reporting.
