Position Overview

Calian is seeking a Training Support Coordinator to support our client within the Department of National Defence (DND). This is a full-time contract opportunity, expected to mid-September 2025 and end mid-December 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facilities, including collecting requests and booking locations.
  • Manage rations and quarters requests in accordance with student course loading messages, including changes or cancellations as required.
  • Provide or remove system access for platforms such as Monitor MASS, PDTMS, SharePoint, Outlook, and distribution lists.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative support experience within the last 5 years.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience with Monitor MASS and/or PDTMS is considered an asset.

Additional Requirements

  • Must currently hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen.
  • Ability to work on-site; due to the location, having your own transportation is strongly recommended.
