This role combines visual content creation, investor reporting, and investor communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in design, content strategy, and project coordination, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Content & Design: Design and produce visually compelling content for client presentations, investor reports, and other marketing materials. Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Investor Reporting & Communication: Support the editing, formatting, and management of investor reporting templates to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Work closely with internal teams to enhance the presentation of key investor materials.
Client Communication: Support the Investor Services team, working closely with QR Global Portfolio Management, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services. Support the Investor Services team by ensuring effective and professional communications.
Client Related Market/ Project Updates: Track industry news and media for client-specific interests (in collaboration with QR Corporate Communications). Assist in preparing client updates based on relevant market insights/ specific project interests.
Project Management: Assist in managing related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Brand Alignment: Partner with QR Corporate Communications and Client Communications teams to develop and execute strategies that align with internal and external priorities. Champion brand consistency across all visual and written communications establishing industry best practices.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices relative to client marketing and relationship tools and incorporate best practices into visual and communication strategies.
Workflow Strategies: Contribute to workflow improvement strategies, including the coordination of CRM tools and other communication systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on marketing and communications. PMP designation is an asset.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in business and experience with visual communications, graphic design, or a related role. Previous experience in an investment management or equivalent firm desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including working knowledge of Excel) + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). PowerBI and additional databases a plus. Strong visual design and storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Experience with CRM tools and workflow optimization strategies is an asset.
Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to take guidance but then move projects forward independently
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Additional Requirements:
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design and communication work.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
