Job Summary: |
|
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the marketing champion for GardaWorld Security Africa, owning the execution of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Africa, you will be responsible for aligning content, email marketing, SEO, paid media, and digital sales strategies with the business unit’s priorities and sales objectives.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a results-driven approach to campaign management. You will collaborate closely with Global marketing, sales, content, and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline development and revenue impact.

The Growth Marketing Manager is accountable to the Marketing Manager, Africa, for their responsibilities stated in this job description. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the mid-year and annual performance review and supported through the monitoring of their KPIs. |
