We are currently seeking a Life Insurance Case Coordinator for our client base across Canada. The successful candidate will be part of a team of claim adjudicators and case coordinators servicing our clients across Canada. As someone who is empathetic, professional, highly organized, and tenacious, you will bridge internal processes and teams to facilitate new requests. You will be required to effectively organize, prioritize, and collaborate to ensure we deliver efficient end-to-end service.
Position Responsibilities:
Review incoming and pending claims to identify product needs.
Complete investigations to locate beneficiaries or family members to initiate claims
Acknowledge incoming death claims via email or phone calls to advisors and beneficiaries.
Communicate with clients claiming against inactive policies.
Support claim adjudicators to move through their work.
Educate and promote Manulife’s tools, resources, digital and self-serve opportunities with clients and advisors.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate case resolution across multiple areas, ensuring timely execution of all requests.
Consistently maintain high performance targets while demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of progressive customer service skills.
Experience in case coordination or adjudicating claims would be an asset.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy culture.
Ability to think critically and move through work efficiently.

Salary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
