Purpose
Client Insights and Analytics is a key function within the COO (Chief Operating Officer)’s office in Global Banking and Markets. Our mission is to drive the execution of business strategies through impactful reporting and analytics. We work closely with business partners to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and support client strategies through data-driven storytelling and collaboration.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and validate large volumes of financial data from multiple sources with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve data discrepancies, communicate findings clearly, and respond to inquiries with confidence and clarity.
  • Perform reconciliations between internal systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance data management and reconciliation workflows.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling reports and visualizations.
  • Leverage internal and external client data to uncover trends and support strategic business growth.
  • Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of the CRM (Client Relationship Management) system through effective communication and change management.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that support broader business objectives.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • A degree or diploma in Finance or Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to grow within a global organization that values innovation and collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working on team-based projects, with a proven ability to listen actively, share ideas, and build consensus.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, or hackathons that demonstrate initiative and leadership.
  • A keen interest in capital markets and the wholesale banking industry.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a matrixed environment.
  • A curious, creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • High energy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit.
