As a Mall Lead Security Guard, you will be motivating and leading a team of highly trained Security guards. There is a high focus on customer service ,De- escalating situations  and  constant Patrol ,since you will be working with people all shift, in a Mall environment

Responsibilities for Mall Security Guard

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Lead a team of highly trained security gaurds
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Performing  Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Coordinate response to the incidents.
• Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualifications for Mall Security Guard

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience ( Asset)
• Good with Technology
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work day shifts.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
