The Administrative Assistant – CANSOFCOM will provide administrative support to the Military Family Services (MFS) Manager and the Morale and Welfare staff within the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) unit, a high tempo and fast-paced environment.
This role will involve internal and external correspondence with clients, vendors and community partners, data entry and compilation, filing and document management, scheduling and coordinating travel, maintaining web content, drafting and distributing reports, event coordination, preparing invoices and processing payments and may involve participation in working groups for the provision of administrative services.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
AND
Some years of experience in office administration, corporate services, health promotion, fitness, sports, recreation, family services or a related field.

This is a temporary position with anticipated start date of October 1, 2025, and end date of March 31, 2027.
