What you need to succeed:
You are a good communicator (email and phone), you are clear, concise, and friendly
Whatever it takes attitude, you like a new challenge every day
Minimum Grade 12 Diploma with post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in customer service
Great ability to concentrate, with a high attention to detail
Strong technical aptitude – you can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously while supporting the caller
You are a problem-solving master; you understand the callers needs and learn quickly how to get the best results in any environment
Ability to work independently in a remote environment working virtually with your team
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
Hours of Work:
Our Contact Centre is open Monday – Friday from 8am – 10pm ATL
You will have a 7.5 hour shift within those core hours once training is completed (4-5 week virtual training)
Shift-bid is offered twice a year where you can select alternate available hours based on seniority
Remote Office Requirements:
We offer the ability to work where you work best – onsite (Moncton), hybrid or remote
If you are selected to work remotely in NB, you must have a designated and private distraction-free workspace in your home that has both a locked door and locked perimeter doors. This office space must be quiet, without conflicting responsibilities while you are scheduled to work
Your home office must connect to an approved home internet network (high-speed)
