The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM), Governance Team is responsible for the governance of established security controls pertaining to Identity and Access. Our Enterprise Access Governance (EAG) and IAM Onboarding teams work closely with operations teams to ensure our controls are in place and operating effectively to reduce risks to our Bank. 

 

As a Senior Information Security Analyst within the Enterprise Access Governance (EAG) Team you would be responsible for supporting the achievement of the Bank’s information security objectives of integrity, confidentiality/privacy, and continuity by ensuring Logical Access is effectively governed for the Enterprise. You will provide oversight over access management through recertification controls, privileged access, toxic combinations (i.e. SoD) etc. for enterprise applications and platforms. You will also be responsible to carry out day-to-day operational tasks in support of Identity and Access Management through design/development/implementation of various reports, which can be leveraged to identify and remediate access as required.  

  

Is this role right for you? In this Role, you will: 

 

  • Perform tasks and projects related to Identity & Access governance functions; including access certification, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Analyze certification data and access processes and procedures to deliver recommendations for greater efficiency of the certification process
  • Look for continuous improvements to maximize automation where possible and reduce manual efforts in all processes and procedures within the team, while considering and evaluating the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture. 
  • Excel in relationship building (internal / external GIAM) and work with various teams to assist in completion of all certifications across the enterprise
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for assigned projects, initiatives, and daily processes 

  

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • 3+ years of hands-on working experience with IAM
  • 2+ years of hands-on working experience with Enterprise core systems, such as SailPoint, CyberArk or Active Directory
  • 3+ years of hands-on working experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (i.e.: MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
  • 2+ years of hands-on working experience with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills, specifically data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent to work on complex projects independently
  • Good working knowledge of information security policies and standards
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Once settled in position, you will be providing after-hours availability for any urgent issues / incidents / escalations on occasion as required
  • Nice to Haves:  Technical designation is considered an asset (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
  • Nice to Haves:  Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset
  • Nice to Haves:  Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP
  • Nice to Haves:  Working knowledge of various Cloud platforms
