One of our clients in the Health Care sector is preparing for a significant ERP  implementation initiative and is seeking an experienced ERP Change Management Consultant to support the initial planning phase of an Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will focus on establishing the foundational change management strategy—including stakeholder alignment, readiness assessments, communications planning, and training frameworks—to ensure a smooth transition and organizational adoption as the implementation progresses.

This is a key opportunity to shape the change enablement approach from the ground up, helping to prepare the organization for one of the most critical system transformations in its history.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the early-stage Change Management planning for the Oracle Fusion implementation, setting a vision and strategy for user engagement and adoption.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, change impact analyses, and stakeholder mapping to identify key risks and influencers.
  • Design an initial change roadmap in coordination with project leadership, aligning with implementation timelines and milestones.
  • Develop tailored communication and training strategies that address the needs of diverse user groups across clinical, administrative, and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to integrate change, communication, and training workstreams into overall project planning.
  • Create tools and templates to monitor readiness, track adoption metrics, and report progress to executive leadership.
  • Provide input into governance and change champion networks to support ongoing stakeholder alignment and feedback loops.
  • Identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies to support early buy-in and sustained engagement.
  • Develop high-level content for awareness campaigns, executive briefings, and early training needs assessments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in:
    • Leading enterprise-level Change Management initiatives for ERP or large-scale IT transformations
    • Designing and executing strategic change, training, and communications plans
    • Navigating complex stakeholder environments and matrixed organizations
  • Prior experience supporting Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations or upgrades
  • Prosci Change Management Certification required
  • PMP or similar project delivery certification preferred
  • Background in communications or instructional design is considered a strong asset
  • Familiarity with ERP adoption strategies, operational readiness, and change measurement tools
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational, and technical domains
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverbles, including executive dashboards, impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and early training content
