Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Strategy and Operations Team within CID&A, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. As well, the incumbent manages ongoing governance and oversight activities, in compliance with governing regulations as well as internal policies and procedures. 

Accountabilities 

  • Support the roll-out of the Records & Information Management Program
  • Support in Portfolio Management Office activities of governed projects
  • Support in the creation of ad-hoc reports for the different Business Operations workstreams
  • Document processes and procedures and communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Improve business process flows, including Agile methodologies
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment. 

Education / Experience / Other Information 

  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • 1-2+ years of experience with planning/analysis of business requirements for policy implementation
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at creative solutions
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
