As Administrative Assistant, you will ensure the collection of necessary documentation and arrangement of topic briefings as required by the supervisor in preparation for conferences, meetings, and appointments. You will provide administrative support such as data entry, word processing, faxing, photocopying, correspondence, distribution and follow-up action and organize meetings, advise attendees, draft and distribute agendas and minutes.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High School diploma AND several years experience in administration or in a related field
Experience
In office administration and records management
In making travel arrangements and travel claims
In invoice and order processing
In organizing meetings and schedules
In drafting and distributing correspondence
In the preparation of reports
In maintaining web ready graphics, and desktop publishing
In using computer software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsing

This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of September 2th 2025 and end date of March 3th 2026 .
This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.
PSP: Keep our Canadian Armed Forces operationally ready and their families and military community healthy as part of the team at Personnel Support Programs. Personnel Support Programs contributes to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.
