Leasing Administrator role open now in Brampton! Start ASAP! Agilus is recruiting for a Leasing Administrator in the property sector in Brampton, Ontario. Our client is actively looking for a Leasing Administrator to join their team for a one-month coverage contract. There is a chance of extension. Perfect person for this role has previous leasing experience and fluency with Yardi. Responsibilities: Answering questions from prospective and active residents Setting up and conducting viewing appointments New resident orientations Coordinating with building maintenance Handling applications, notices, and contracts Requirements: 2+ years of experience working in a leasing or site administrator role Strong working knowledge of Yardi Available for the full duration of the contract What's in it for you: $19/hour Location: Brampton Contract duration: one-month with chance of extension Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Every second weekend: Saturday 11am – 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 5 pm
