The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) has one (1) exciting fixed-term opportunity up to July 27, 2026 within the Operations branch at the Montreal International Airport (YUL).

Summary of responsibilities:

 

The Coordinator, Service Delivery is responsible for supporting the regional management team with priorities, issues, action plans, activities and other projects as related to CATSA’s mandate. The Coordinator, Service Delivery performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

 

What you need to succeed

 

To qualify for the position, you must have:

 

  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a specialization in  public administration, economics, project management,  business administration or another speciality relevant to the duties of the position.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience writing letters and reports.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in budget monitoring and financial tracking.

 

This position is best suited to individuals with the following skills and abilities:

 

  • Ability to think analytically and make sound judgments.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations and to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Discretion.

  • Flexibility and adaptability.

 

Valuable skills include:

 

  • Knowledge of advanced software, such as Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word and Power Point.

  • Knowledge of CATSA's priorities and mandate, as well as an awareness of relevant legislation impacting CATSA.

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and the related regulatory and security issues.

 

Specific work requirements

 

  • Language Profile: Bilingual CBCC;

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; and

  • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
