The Team

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst to join our high-performing Core Banking Services Technology team. As a new member of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in our agile technology delivery, as we continue to scale our solutions to meet the changing demands of our customers and the industry. Responsibilities will focus on supporting components of our software delivery lifecycle including but not limited to defining stories/MVPs, managing business process changes, conducting impact analyses, formulating robust test strategies, while providing support for production monthly data ingestions/validations.

What will you do?

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Conduct thorough impact analyses, assessing the effects of proposed changes on business operations and technological infrastructure.
• Translate requirements of functionality into user stories & actively participate in product backlog prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for processes and system improvement.
• Working within an Agile environment, collaborate with developers and business stakeholders on system changes, upgrades and new implementations as needed.
• Leading integrated and user acceptance testing to ensure that the system meets the outlined requirements.
• Contribute to delivering projects on target, scope and quality.
• Transfer knowledge to peers and foster a culture of learning in becoming subject matter experts within your domain.
• Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, departments and levels acting as a SME in the assigned line of business.
• Actively participate in retrospective sessions to continuously improve processes and practices.
• Bring new ideas on the evolving engineering best practices and tools to improve the quality and capabilities of our engineering team

What do you need to succeed?

• Analytical, detail oriented, highly organized.
• Fast and willing learner
• Proven track record of being a team player
• Very strong communication skills (written & verbal) required.
• Technical acumen and understanding of micro service application architecture
• Basic ability to understand data models and query data
• Experience delivering software in a team environment
• Nice to have experience:
• Experienced working in cross functional team following Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Background in financial systems and/or operations
• Track record of successful project implementations involving major business changes.
• Participated in delivering an AI driven solution to solve a problem
