We are seeking an experienced and proactive SharePoint Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role involves solution design, development, migration support, and end-user training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, document, and support SharePoint Online solutions.
- Create custom forms using PowerApps and out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Automate flows and Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps).
- Build and maintain custom SPFx webparts and extensions.
- Support migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.
- Migrate legacy SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate.
- Replace InfoPath forms with PowerApps-based solutions.
- Provide SharePoint Online and Power Platform end-user support and training.
- Integrate SharePoint with line-of-business systems like SAP and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data analysis.
- Perform root-cause analysis and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets (remote and on-site).
- Document processes, configurations, and technical procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of SharePoint experience (Online and On-Premises).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site administration, and security best practices.
- 2+ years of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) development experience.
- Proficiency in building SPFx components.
- Experience in .NET, T-SQL, and/or C#.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- Ability to create dynamic and visually appealing dashboards.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VB, or C#) is an asset.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Migration Tools.
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce integration with Microsoft 365.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
- Experience with Office 365 administration and governance.
