Job Title: Senior Generative AI Developer

Location: Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in-office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day during core business hours

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and open-source LLMs
• Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Explore and implement multi-agent AI system patterns using tools like AutoGen, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
• Integrate large language models into enterprise workflows and digital platforms
• Utilize vector databases such as Qdrant, pgvector, and Cosmos DB for model enhancement
• Leverage Azure AI services to maximize solution performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and data scientists to develop, test, and refine AI-powered use cases
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, memory management, and task chaining techniques
• Document AI models, architecture decisions, workflows, and technical processes
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and research in generative and agentic AI
• Contribute to transitioning AI prototypes into production-ready enterprise systems
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, DevOps practices, and technical planning
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Deliver regular stakeholder updates, demos, and reusable AI components and tools

Qualifications and Skills

• 6–9 years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI and LLM integration
• Proficiency in Python with experience using OpenAI SDKs, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
• Background in C#, .NET Core, and solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with agent-based architectures and tools like AutoGen and Semantic Kernel
• Deep understanding of RAG techniques, GraphRAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Cosmos DB, pgvector, Qdrant)
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git, and Agile development methodologies
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive, curious mindset
• Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development of AI-powered applications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master’s degree is a plus)
