Job Title: Senior Generative AI Developer
Location: Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in-office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day during core business hours
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and open-source LLMs
- Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Explore and implement multi-agent AI system patterns using tools like AutoGen, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel
- Integrate large language models into enterprise workflows and digital platforms
- Utilize vector databases such as Qdrant, pgvector, and Cosmos DB for model enhancement
- Leverage Azure AI services to maximize solution performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and data scientists to develop, test, and refine AI-powered use cases
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, memory management, and task chaining techniques
- Document AI models, architecture decisions, workflows, and technical processes
- Stay up to date on emerging trends and research in generative and agentic AI
- Contribute to transitioning AI prototypes into production-ready enterprise systems
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, DevOps practices, and technical planning
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Deliver regular stakeholder updates, demos, and reusable AI components and tools
Qualifications and Skills
- 6–9 years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI and LLM integration
- Proficiency in Python with experience using OpenAI SDKs, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Background in C#, .NET Core, and solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with agent-based architectures and tools like AutoGen and Semantic Kernel
- Deep understanding of RAG techniques, GraphRAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Cosmos DB, pgvector, Qdrant)
- Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, Git, and Agile development methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive, curious mindset
- Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative development of AI-powered applications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master’s degree is a plus)
