About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Cost Audit Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is key in ensuring accurate vendor billing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Review and verify vendor cost data against company-authorized pricing.
Utilize SAP and audit tools to analyze price files, validate statements, and upload cost audit data.
Manage the vendor inbox, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, unauthorized items, or pricing issues.
Process approved vendor deductions and coordinate with vendors and merchandising teams.
Handle and organize incoming invoices and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Support additional administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Diploma or coursework (minimum 2 years) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel with formulas, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
