The Enterprise Security Services team is a dynamic group of cloud security professionals driving innovation and resilience across the organization’s cloud environments. Embedded within the Cloud & Platform Engineering (CAP) Program, the team plays a pivotal role in the Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) strategy, with a strong focus on Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) and Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM).

We work at the intersection of security, engineering, and compliance, collaborating closely with platform teams, architects, and risk stakeholders to define and enforce scalable, policy-driven controls. Our mission is to empower secure cloud adoption through automation, transparency, and continuous improvement—ensuring that security is not a blocker, but a built-in enabler of innovation.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Security Product Manager to support our CNAPP portfolio, focusing on CWPP and KSPM capabilities. You’ll help drive strategic execution, translate product goals into actionable roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions that safeguard the Bank’s digital infrastructure.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Translate strategy into actionable deliverables, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive secure-by-default and shift-left principles across CNAPP workstreams.
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling; actively participate in Agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Align with compliance, risk, and audit teams to integrate control requirements; support governance forums and communicate delivery progress.
  • Define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate vendor onboarding and validation activities.
  • Track delivery metrics, analyze adoption and value realization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and decisions; assist with release planning and feature implementation.
  • Tune tools based on feedback and risk exposure; support control design to address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
  • 3+ years’ experience in working with security domain CloudSec or AppSec.
  • Experience in Information Security, or Regulatory functions/Compliance/Risk or/and Audit.
  • Experience with Cloud or application Security platforms and tooling (e.g., AquaSec, Wiz, SCCE, Defender, Prisma)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership through influence across multiple types of stakeholders
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the cloud development lifecycle (CDLC) and security applicable best practices.
  • Excellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organization
  • Experience in working with complex processes
