Summary

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating projects of varying size and complexity and its parts, focused on Bell.ca and Virginmobile.ca support pages. The project coordinator is responsible for organizing and controlling project activities and for communicating risks, opportunities and current state of projects to their superior and/or other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving quality activities including day to day testing and auditing of online pages
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Work with Product Owners and SMEs to make sure digital support content is up to date and accurate
  • Execute test cases focused on brand, content, cosmetic and functional requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of content on online channels including Bell.ca, VirginMobile.ca, and Luckymobile.ca

Critical Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional email etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with an excellent judge of character
  • Extensive Bell Mobility and BRS knowledge
  • Ability and desire to lead, organize and achieve key business strategies and objectives

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
