Summary

The Strategic Business Transformation Team (SBT) rolls-up under the CFO leadership and serves Bell corporate-wide. We are a diverse team of strategists, internal advisors, facilitators, and momentum-drivers.

 

As a Manager, you will contribute to cross-functional transformation projects, including process improvement, automation, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the integration of new tools and technologies, including automation and AI solutions.
  • Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to support change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of transformation projects.
  • Develop business cases, project plans, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the leadership team.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • English required, interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and digital transformation tools (e.g., RPA, AI platforms).
  • Experience in a telecommunication industry or a large corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification).

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
