Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Qlik Sense Lead to drive the development of scalable business intelligence solutions across a modern cloud-based analytics platform. This leadership role will guide a small team of developers while remaining hands-on with solution design, data modeling, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Qlik Sense, AWS QuickSight, and cloud data technologies like Redshift, S3, and Informatica.

You'll collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and bilingual visual analytics integrated into the client's public-facing platforms (e.g., Drupal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor BI developers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

• Design, build, and optimize Qlik Sense dashboards and data models (QVDs, ODAG, Set Analysis).

• Integrate Qlik apps into web environments using APIs and mashups.

• Build AI-driven dashboards using AWS QuickSight.

• Support cloud data pipelines using Redshift, S3, and Informatica.

• Contribute to agile development processes and CI/CD practices.

• Ensure compliance with UX standards, accessibility (AODA), and bilingual delivery.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in BI development with expertise in Qlik Sense.

• Experience with AWS QuickSight, including AI capabilities.

• Strong data transformation and modeling skills.

• Solid understanding of Qlik Management Console and performance tuning.

• Experience integrating Qlik into web platforms (e.g., Drupal) using mashups and APIs.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, QA for BI, and agile methodologies.

• Proven leadership in team supervision or technical mentorship.
