Purpose

 

Customer Insights Data & Analytics (CID&A) is at the forefront of leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and innovation. The Manager, Communications & Projects will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of our strategy and effectively communicate key insights to our stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies and initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire our teams. This role is pivotal in supporting CID&A’s internal brand, fostering a vibrant culture, and deepening understanding of the work being done, both for CID&A employees and business partners across the Bank. You will be a key content creator, storyteller, and organizer, ensuring our teams are connected and aligned with our strategic objectives.

 


Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 


Develop and Manage Internal Communications:

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to effectively disseminate key insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop standard and reusable material that can be leveraged across the teams to ensure messaging ang branding is consistent and aligns across teams in CID&A, including monthly newsletters and internal employee announcements.
     

Executive & Strategic Communications Support:

 

  • Support in the creation of executive communications, including quarterly messages to promote transparency in results, progress and strategy with the CID&A team.
  • Work with Global Communications team to ensure CID&A messaging aligns to the Bank’s strategy
     

Digital Workplace & Content Management:

 

  • Organize, maintain, and enhance CID&A’s SharePoint site, ensuring it serves as an up-to-date, user-friendly, and valuable resource for information and collaboration
  • Ensure CID&A’s material are stored in a consistent manner for easy access and records management.
     

Engagement & Event Support:

 

  • Work with senior leadership to organize content and develop high-impact presentations for internal town halls, offsites, and other engagement events
  • Provide support for the logistical setup and execution of internal events, ensuring a seamless experience


Culture & Change Champion:

 

  • Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at building the internal brand and fostering a positive, inclusive culture within CID&A
  • Support communication efforts related to CID&A’s transition to a new strategy, helping to drive understanding, adoption, and engagement with change management initiatives
     

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts across CID&A to gather information and ensure cohesive messaging
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their communication needs and provide support

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have/can:

 

  • 3+ years of work experience in Communications, Projects, Data & Analytics or Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, event management and communication roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages.
  • Ability to adapt communication content and styles to suit the audience.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events and other engagement initiatives.
  • Drive to succeed with bias towards action and ability to navigate large organizations and build collaborative relationships; Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment. 
  • Strong curiosity to learn with adaptive and creative mindset
