Seeking a Records Technician Analyst with Oil & Gas experience to organize, classify, and manage key documents. Apply and make an impact in records management. Agilus is recruiting for a Records Analyst-Term in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, offering a potential gateway into a major company like our client. A day in the life: Analyze and review acquisition records (electronic and physical) to assign accurate classifications. Organize and prepare document collections—including drawings, specifications, and engineering documents—for offsite storage. Transfer large volumes of electronic data to designated repositories based on content analysis. Apply appropriate naming conventions and metadata to ensure consistency and retrievability. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Documentum, Gimmal, Adobe Acrobat, and TreeSize in daily tasks. You bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry and/or Records Management. Strong understanding of records across departments such as Wells, Facilities, Safety, Environment, and Exploitation. Proficiency with Electronic Records Management systems; experience with Documentum is an asset. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to lift and move physical record boxes (up to 35 lbs).
