We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for Digital Optimization and Testing to join our Global Digital Marketing team and drive the strategy and execution of our digital optimization initiatives.
This individual will actively lead the testing, optimization and experience personalization efforts in Manulife’s North American business. This position supports the digital marketing team and its collaborators by offering them guidance through testing and digital experience personalization initiatives.
This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of Adobe Target, digital experiences, and a passion for driving business results through data-driven decision-making. This will be a key contributor in driving digital experience strategy, identifying opportunities to test and personalize digital experiences, and packaging the results along with actionable recommendations to deliver the most effective digital experiences. The incumbent will use their creative and analytical skills to get results by analyzing digital user behavior and reporting the impact of different tests and personalized experiences.
Position Responsibilities:
Adobe Target Expertise: Lead the deployment and utilization of Adobe Target to conduct A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, and targeting initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert on Adobe Target capabilities and best practices, and provide guidance and support over technical requirements.
Digital Adoption: Further drive Adobe Target adoption across our segments and recommend necessary changes to intake requirements and templates. Drive the culture of test-and-learn across the organization through impactful testing and optimization recommendations and performance
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, business/product, IT, Human Centered Design and various roles – product directors, marketing leads, IT product owners to align optimization efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Strategy Development: Define and drive the digital optimization and testing strategy to enhance user experience and improve business outcomes across digital channels. Analyze test results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to derive actionable insights.
Optimization Initiatives: Identify opportunities for optimization and testing across digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience with Adobe Target, including hands-on experience in setting up and managing tests and personalization campaigns is a must.
Extensive experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing and digital experience personalization.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of digital experiences and human-centered design principles.
Proven track record in digital optimization and testing, with a focus on driving measurable business results.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with large enterprise consulting teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the insurance or wealth and asset management industry is preferred.

Salary range is expected to be between
