Aa Field Manager Manager,  you will play a key role for the health & safety at our sites in Winnipeg. There is a high focus on customer service and ensuring Seamless Mobile operations ,since you will be working with people all shift, in Mobile Division

Responsibilities for Mobile Field Manager

  • Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
  • Deterring and responding to incidents and emergencies on the property
  • Lockups/unlocks and alarm responses
  • Vehicle Inspection Reports, Daily Occurrence Reports, and Incident reports
  • Health & Safety Inspections, Hazard Assessment and Supervisor Site Inspections
  • Dispatching alarms to Mobile drivers
  • Shift supervisor for Mobile drivers
  • ATM Maintenance Calls
  • Safe tracks installations and removals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Mobile Field Manager

  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in winter driving
  • Minimum 1 year of supervising within the security industry
  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job
  • Professional demeanor and customer service focused
  • Experience with using technology based systems
  • First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset
