A typical day: Coordinate hiring for part-time and student roles, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Draft employment contracts and ensure all documentation meets policy and eligibility standards Partner with faculty and admin teams to align staffing with budgets and operational needs Serve as the key liaison with central offices (HR, Payroll) to streamline hiring workflows Manage shared inboxes, responding promptly and keeping hiring communications organized Support administrative tasks for student research appointments and related activities The successful candidate brings: Degree or diploma in HR, Business, or related field 3+ years of HR experience, including full-cycle recruitment Strong organizational skills with ability to manage tasks and deadlines High attention to detail in documentation and compliance Clear, professional communicator Service-oriented, responsive, and solutions-focused. Maintains confidentiality; proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Total rewards: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 35 hours a week 6 week contract with possibility of extension Work with an incredible group of people!
