Agilus is recruiting for a Payroll Advisor in the Real State Industry in . The Payroll Advisor will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee data, handling deductions and benefits, and providing support to employees and HR. A typical day: Manage the centralized payroll inbox, triaging and responding to inquiries from 7 different companies. Accurately associate incoming requests with the correct pay group, pay schedule, and filing group Maintain and update payroll records in Excel, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Processing a high volume of payroll transactions (600–700 per cycle). Managing organizational structure changes, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations across multiple business entities. Enter all employee changes into the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation adjustments Process and audit all payroll-related changes across the organization. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll data. Successful candidates will have: 3–5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, etc.). Experience with UKG payroll systems will be an asset Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments Total rewards: 6 months contract with a high change of extension.
