Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and management of complex ETL processes using Informatica Cloud, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Informatica Power Center.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust integration solutions involving IICS components such as Application Integration, Data Integration, Informatica Data Quality, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Design and develop application integrations utilizing SOAP and REST APIs to facilitate seamless data flow between multiple enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across platforms, leveraging Informatica’s suite of tools for cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Engage in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting across ETL and integration processes.
• Support data modeling efforts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with RDBMS, DWH, and BI requirements.
• Drive adoption of best practices and promote knowledge sharing within the team, while maintaining high standards of delivery.

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT with strong hands-on development in ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud, IICS, and Power Center.
• Proven leadership experience in managing ETL projects and mentoring technical teams.
• Deep expertise in IICS components including Application Integration, Data Integration, Informatica Data Quality, and Salesforce integration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop application integrations using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Informatica platform architecture and the interactions among its various components.
• Experience with data modeling and familiarity with cloud technologies; understanding of AWS is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• Relevant certifications in Informatica or Cloud platforms are considered a plus.
