Our federal government client is looking for a dedicated Records Management Clerk to support one of their procurement teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records, entering and processing procurement data, and handling financial documentation across all procurement activities. Tasks

• Carry out all file organization and management duties on behalf of the procurement team.
• Enter procurement file information into the organization's systems for monitoring and processing purposes.
• Handle routine procurement files using the organization's systems.
• Oversee and manage financial records and related procedures connected to procurement files.

Experience & Qualifications

• A university degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience OR a college diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
