Agilus is recruiting for a Delivery Lead in the Financial Service in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the ongoing delivery and optimization of a SaaS solution post go-live. This role will focus on client onboarding, enhancements, support, integrations, system upgrades, and decommissioning legacy platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of stakeholder management, excels in Agile environments, and is skilled at leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams. A typical day: Lead end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and post-implementation projects Manage enhancements, integrations, and support activities with internal teams and external partners Plan and oversee system upgrades and decommissioning of legacy platforms Serve as the primary liaison for business and technical stakeholders Ensure delivery is aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality standards Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed Proactively identify risks and remove delivery roadblocks Successful candidates will have: 12–15 years of project/delivery management experience in SaaS or enterprise environments Strong experience managing client-facing projects post go-live Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate at all levels Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Exceptional organizational and leadership skills Soft skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Total rewards: 12 month contract
