The Growth and Analytics Analyst will report directly to the Senior Director of Program Management, be highly visible and critical for the research, identification and implementation of International Life/Manulife Bermuda’s top strategic priorities. This entrepreneurial role will operate as a business analyst, a strategist, and an internal consultant. She/he will roll up their sleeves and collaborate closely with global teams to provide actionable business insights, drive our data / reporting strategy and implement critical business initiatives.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop actionable business insights and build reports to enable data driven decisions

  • Translate business needs into actionable reporting and facilitate data driven decision making

  • Develop and implement OKRs and KPIs to measure progress on strategic objectives and outcomes, and enhance greater transparency and accountability to the business

  • Collaborate with the Data Office to drive scalable data pipelines, governance frameworks, and downstream analytics to support data driven decision making

  • Partner with functional teams to conduct competitive analysis, track trends, develop go to market strategies and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

  • Assist in the planning, solutioning and execution of key initiatives, as well as complete ad-hoc projects, requests, and analysis

  • Partner across business lines, geographies and value streams to ensure strategic objectives achieve intended outcomes

  • Work within a complex organization, adapt, and innovate to support the dynamic needs of the business

  • Effectively communicate to motivate, empower and align people and teams across the organization

  • Build beneficial networks to achieve collective business goals

  • Implement new AI / agentic AI initiatives across different functions

Knowledge / Skills / Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Background or prior experience in Information Technology, Data Science adjacent fields, or Consulting would be a strong asset

  • Excellent data visualization skills – Ability to visually communicate data insights through building reports and visualizations in Salesforce and Power BI

  • Superior problem-solving skills – Ability to take on complex challenges, design and communicate concrete action plans to address and overcome these challenges, and implement solutions

  • Excellent project delivery/management skills - Ability to lead, organize and prioritize streams of work simultaneously

  • Compelling ability to communicate - Develop impactful narratives to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively influence others - Negotiate with, influence, garner support to achieve intended outcomes, across reporting lines and functions

  • Technology savvy – Deep understanding of technology innovation and enablement within large, multi-national enterprises. Leverage technology to plan, innovate and drive results. Experienced in identifying, designing and implementing AI use cases to enhance business outcomes

  • Business acumen – Knowledge of the international high-net-worth market would be an asset

  • Strategic thinking – Ability to think broadly and strategically, including the ability to translate long-term goals and objectives into short-term tactical plans and capacity to make decisions in the face of ambiguity

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
