You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, product, and training teams to ensure our communications are not only clear and consistent, but also inspiring and action-oriented. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are ready to elevate how we connect with our advisors, brokers, and internal teams—this is your opportunity to lead with influence and creativity.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic communication framework, intake and prioritization process as well as an annual calendar for the national sales team.
Craft clear, engaging, and actionable messaging aligned with business priorities and sales strategies.
Support the Head of Residential Sales and other sales leaders with content for events, presentations, and internal/external engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, CX) to ensure message alignment and consistency.
Create and manage internal newsletters, email campaigns, and other communication tools that drive engagement and performance.
Act as a trusted advisor and communications partner to sales leadership, providing guidance on tone, timing, and delivery.
Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by developing communication plans that support change management, product launches, and training programs.
Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously optimize based on feedback and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably within financial services or a sales-driven environment.
Ability to translate complex strategies into clear, concise, and motivating messages.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Experience supporting senior executives with speech writing, presentation development, and event communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and communication platforms.
Ability to use approved AI tools strategically to maximize efficiency.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Strong ability to work independently in a team environment.
A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
When you join our team:
We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
