Salary: $61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
 

The Procurement Sourcing Analyst, reports to Director, North America Sourcing and is responsible to support the end-to-end execution of the sourcing process for low / medium complex sourcing and contracting initiatives. The incumbent supports sourcing strategy development, supplier selection and contract negotiations consistent with an overall Sourcing strategy and business unit objectives. The Procurement Sourcing Analyst will collaborate & lead project teams that include business unit stakeholders and subject matter expert.

Individual Responsibilities: 

  • Colloborate with and/or lead cross-functional teams to complete low to medium value/complexity sourcing projects and contracting efforts 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis (pricing and contractual), determine sourcing strategy, and complete sourcing projects (such as RFx, single/sole sourcing, renewals, amendments)  
  • Leverage market and supplier intelligence for development of sourcing and negotiation strategies 
  • Work with business partners to collect and finalize requirements necessary to evaluate and select suppliers 
  • Drive and lead the negotiation process, with consultative support, as required, from business, legal and risk 
  • Proactively coordinate and schedule meetings with external resources and internal subject matter experts 

Job Requirements: 

  • Sourcing experience in any of the following categories is an asset: business print, professional services, business process outsourcing or contact center  
  • Detailed oriented, analytical, and ability to develop / understand financial / cost models are important for this role
  • Proven experience in delivering large savings and value in a procurement function 
  • Undergraduate degree with a specialization in Business Management.
  • Industry certifications such as NISCL – SCL, CSCMP, CPSM is an asset 
  • 3+ years of progressive business experience in procurement or strategic sourcing 
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices 
  • Knowledgeable in Ivalua is an asset

Salary range is expected to be between

$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
