Summary

Epic Information Solutions is currently looking for new team members, the ICT Customer Support – Deployment Technician role is primarily responsible for deploying new workstations. This position is responsible for deployment, software installation and client data migration as well as various other tasks related to a large scale project. This position is full time, temporary.

Key Responsibilities

  • New workstation deployment - including software and hardware support, network connectivity issues, peripherals etc.
  • Provide one-on-one end-user support and problem resolution - remotely and onsite
  • Hardware repair
  • Accurately log information and resolutions in Service Now
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years of industry experience
  • Ability to quickly diagnose issues and determine best course of action for resolution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with access to own vehicle
  • Ability to occasionally travel within Manitoba
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical college or university degree, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience
  • CompTIA A+
