Name and description of the hiring department

The associate oversees project management and process improvements for our Virtual Repair self-serve digital tool available to our residential customers.

 

The Project/Process Delivery Associate is responsible for facilitating the implementation and delivery of system tools, products, services, and applications. They review and analyze Business requirements, document, identify risks and make recommendations to achieve optimal results.  

Job Duties / Accountabilities

  • Creation of project related reports and analysis documentation  
  • Analyze data/reports to provide insight into results
  • Responsible for documenting various project activities and outputs
  • Ensures that various steps to implement a project/process are respected
  • Deliver on operational requests received from the project team
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze and resolve issues to minimize system and application risks and negative impacts for customers
  • Researches and obtains various test results, investigates and documents results and recommends interim solutions if applicable
  • Study, analyze, resolve and troubleshoot unusual and complex situations and submit resolutions to improve/update reference tools, aids
  • Make key decisions or recommendations to challenges while maintaining a positive experience
  • Perform deep dives from Exec escalations
  • Build Power Point presentations 

Essential Skills / Competencies

  • Ability to use critical thinking to find innovative solutions
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with little supervision
  • Ability to address priorities in a changing environment
  • Ability to find creative solutions to business objectives
  • Strong understanding of technologies and systems with hands on experience supporting various user groups
  • Knowledge of Field operational procedures, processes, products, and services
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and Power Point  (Intermediate)
  • Experience in identifying, submitting and tracking IT system defects
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting on complex situations
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and visual
  • Knowledge of English without any significant limitation. In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

  • Familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/Canva)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Organizational skills
  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role

Working Conditions

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday
  • Available to work overtime if needed
