Our client, in the nonprofit sector, is seeking a temporary Bilingual Receptionist for a 1-3 month contract with potential to extend. This role is fully on-site in Orleans and starts July 15th, 2025.

Duration: 1 to 3 months, with possibility of extension
Work Environment: Fully on-site
Requirements: Bilingual in French and English
Schedule:
Tuesday: 1:00 PM to 7:30-8:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
3+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
